Man charged with criminal damage following serious incident at Rode Heath property

Police in Crewe have charged a 33-year-old with several offences following an incident in Rode Heath.

James Todd, of Beech Avenue, Rode Heath, was arrested at around 3.33 pm on Sunday 28 July.

The 33-year-old has since been charged with burglary of a dwelling, assault of an emergency worker, affray and criminal damage.

Todd appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 30 July and has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday 27 August.

The charges follow a police response to an incident on Beech Avenue, Rode Heath, on Sunday 28 July.
