Latest figures show 29 crimes in Odd Rode ward in February

The latest crime figures released by police show there were 29 crimes in the Odd Rode ward during February 2021.

The Odd Rode ward covers Church Lawton, Mow Cop, Rode Heath, Astbury and Scholar Green.

These figures compare to 31 crimes the previous month and 14 in February 2020.

From the 29 recorded incidents, these included 10 violence and sexual offences, 10 incidents of anti-social behaviour, four public order incidents and two drug-related incidents alongside three listed as 'other crime'.

The three incidents listed as 'other crime' included:

- Criminal damage and arson: 1

- Vehicle crime: 1

- Theft: 1

Out of the 29 incidents, the breakdown of where they occurred:

- Astbury 4

- Mow Cop 2

- Church Lawton 6

- Scholar Green 3

- Rode Heath 14

Crime figures for March 2021 have not yet been released.
