Could you buy an extra toy or gift this Christmas, to give a child in the local area whose family is going through a difficult time?

This year, volunteers of Alsager's Christmas Toy Appeal anticipate the need will be even greater than last year with so many people facing difficult times due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Residents have been asked to bring their unwrapped gifts to Alsager Community Support Centre (next to Alsager Community Church), on Fairview Car Park, on Friday 4th December, Monday 7th to Thursday 10th December from 9:30am to 12:30pm or to Alsager Guide Hall, on Cedar Avenue, on Friday 11th December from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

Alternatively, residents can telephone 01270 884461 or email [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.

Wrapping paper, tags and nearly new toys are also welcomed.
