Happy Christmas! Avid bird watcher shares photos of a robin for Christmas Day
Retired engineer, David, from is a Nub News reader and enjoys sharing photos birds spotted in his garden.
A member of the RSPB, he supplies information to the South Cheshire Ornithological Society as well as Sandbach Nub News.
For Easter, he's shared photos of visitors to his garden – a male reed bunting (above) and a pair of mallard ducks (below).

And today (Christmas Day) he has shared a photo of robin and a goldcrest - the smallest bird in Europe. It is commonly found in coniferous and mixed woodland habitats but will sometimes visit gardens with conifers. .
