FREE Festival of Fitness at Alsager Leisure Centre

Alsager Leisure Centre is hosting a Festival of Fitness open day on the 11th of September for the community to come and try out a range of activities for free.

The open day will include free fitness classes as well as personal training tasters and free gym sessions.

Everybody Sport and Recreation's expert personal trainers and health and fitness advisors will be on hand to support you in your workouts and talk about your fitness goals.

They will also have group exercise classes available for the whole family to enjoy, including Dance Fit and Family Cycling.

They will have some fun and exciting activities fit for the whole family. There will also be free face painting and an Inflatable Jungle Run and Bouncy Castle from 9am-12pm. They will also be offering some fun family dance classes from 2pm.

Maria Tatters, Operations Manager at Everybody Sport and Recreation commented: "We're really excited to welcome the community of Alsager to the centre and showcase what we have to offer.

"We've made the day great for the whole family and can't wait to see you all, let's have some fun."

There will also be exclusive membership joining offers available and tours of the leisure centre with a free goody bag for the first 50 new Everybody members to sign up on the day.
