Four people arrested at Alsager train station following reports of an assault

British Transport Police say enquiries are continuing after four people were arrested following an incident at Alsager train railway station.
Police said they were called to Alsager station just before 4 pm yesterday (Sunday) following reports of an assault.
A spokesperson said: "Officers attended and four people were arrested. Enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
