An empty shop in the centre of Alsager which closed a few months ago is on the rental market.

The Dog's Dinner at 20 C Lawton Road was opened by animal lovers Donna Bonser and partner Phil Lane last April but it closed in October as we revealed in this story here .

Now the building is on the rental market with chartered surveyors and estate agents, Louis Taylor, with a rent of £10,400 per annum.

The premises, listed here are described as a "well presented ground floor retail/professional unit benefiting from good frontage onto the busy Lawton Road adjoined by a rear staff welfare space on a different level.

"The property would be considered suitable for a range of retail uses and professional services. The property enjoys an extremely prominent position fronting the busy Lawton Road close to its intersection with Sandbach Road South and Crewe Road."
