Coach Builder

Based in Knypersley, this role pays £14.50 an hour. The client is a long-established global company supplying specialist security products for various organisations worldwide.

They are currently seeking a number of Coach Builders to join their busy team at their modern assembly site near Biddulph. These positions are to work on a major project and are temporary for approximately 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.

This is a temporary role to support the fabrication of coach built components and their correct fitment for Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Solutions.

  • Read and interpret technical engineering design drawings in order to carry out the fabrication and fitment of coachwork panels.
  • Welding - Mig and Tig Process
  • Follow plans, drawings, work instructions and production routings to complete all activities

Bank Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN)

As a Bank Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester in church Lawton, you'll travel across your region to deliver the high clinical standards we're known for.

We'll look to you to lead a multi-disciplinary team to make sure that on each shift, at every location, all of our residents get the highest quality care.

You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from making sure new residents are settling in, to helping advance your team members' skills, and developing care plans that are tailored to our residents' physical and mental needs. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way – and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Peripatetic Nurse, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.

A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is important, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards. We'll also look for a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.

Dedicated and ambitious, you'll be able to lead by example – your can-do approach and excellent communication skills will motivate the teams in each Barchester care home you work with.

Kitchen Assistant - Care Home

As a kitchen assistant at a Barchester care home in Church Lawton, you'll help to provide the first-class food and hospitality that enable us to give our residents exceptional all-round care and support.

A healthy, nutritious diet is vital to ensuring our residents' wellbeing and helping them enjoy daily life with us, which is why the role of Kitchen Assistant is so important. You'll help to produce meals and create a fulfilling dining experience.

Procurement Administrator

 £26,000 - £27,000 per annum

This state-of-the art manufacturer of specialist products for the security industry in Biddulph, is currently experiencing high levels of growth and full order books.

As such, they are seeking someone to join their Procurement team as a Procurement Administrator to support their supply chain activities, with a salary of £26,000 - £27,000 a year.

Key Duties

  • You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that ensure the efficient and effective procurement of materials, delivery of goods, and services necessary for our manufacturing processes.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create, process, driving expediting of purchase orders
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels for production via MRP are met.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills using MRP/ERP/SAP, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

This is a temporary role, initially expected to last approximately 6 months but with the possibility of extension or a permanent role for the right person.

Care assistant

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home in Church Lawton, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.

You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.

Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding.
