Coach Builder

Based in Knypersley, this role pays £14.50 an hour. The client is a long-established global company supplying specialist security products for various organisations worldwide.

They are currently seeking a number of Coach Builders to join their busy team at their modern assembly site near Biddulph. These positions are to work on a major project and are temporary for approximately 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.

This is a temporary role to support the fabrication of coach built components and their correct fitment for Cargo and Vehicle Inspection Solutions.

  • Read and interpret technical engineering design drawings in order to carry out the fabrication and fitment of coachwork panels.
  • Welding - Mig and Tig Process
  • Follow plans, drawings, work instructions and production routings to complete all activities

Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home in Church Lawton, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.

You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.

General assistant

As a general assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support residents deserve. No two days are the same!

The role is based at Church Lawton and attracts pay of £10.82 an hour.

FLT - Order picker

This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent , working Rotating shifts from 6am-2pm and 10am -6pm on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate.

The role, which attracts an hourly rate of  £10.87 - £11.35, will involve working within a busy warehouse environment, operating a Forklift Truck and carrying out general warehouse order picking duties.

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, the ability to work under pressure and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.

This vacancy will be permanent for the right candidate on completion of a successful 12 week probationary period.

Main Duties:

  • Working under pressure within a busy production environment
  • Order Picking bulky boxes
  • Operating Forklift moving between locations
  • Hand scanning and manual adjusting of stock in and out

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to work accurately, use initiative in a physical role

Personal Assistant/Care Provider

A professional, reliable, enthusiastic and highly considerate individual is sought who demonstrates initiative and desire to enrich our client's lifestyle and activity base.

The successful candidate will be genuine, caring, resilient and trustworthy with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively alone and within a team and who is essentially looking for a rewarding and fulfilling role.

The client presents complex needs, physical and learning disabilities arising from brain injury.

The client requires full support with all aspects of care and personal care which is to be carried out to the highest standards with dignity and integrity.

The successful candidate will;

  • Join an established team of care providers.
  • Have experience or background within a care/healthcare setting, although not essential.
  • Administer medications.
  • Have a full clean driving licence.
  • Be a non-smoker.
  • Be required to organise, engage and participate in a range of activities to enhance and diversify the client's interests.
  • Be required to support the client on a one to one basis both in their home and in social settings.
  • Be flexible and able to work and day and night shifts (preferred).
  • Provide additional cover for holidays and sickness.
  • Receive full training/shadowing support.

Current hourly rate £12.28 per hour, 18 hours per week on average.
