Firefighters from Alsager help tackle tractor fire

A fire engine from Alsager helped tackle a tractor and field fire in Smallwood near Sandbach.

Firefighters from Alsager joined three other fire engines from Middlewich, Crewe and Audlem

to tackle the blaze in Moss End Lane just after 6 pm last night (Monday).

They used hose reel jets and beaters to extinguish the tractor fire and field on fire.
