Firefighters called to car on fire in an Alsager car park

Firefighters were called to a car on fire in a car park in Alsager.

They were called to Fanny's Croft car park off Audley Road at 2.07 pm yesterday (Thursday).

A spokesperson from Cheshire Fire n& Rescue Service said: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a car which was well alight in a car park."
