Alsager Golf and Country Club is throwing its doors open for a free family fun day to raise funds for Alsager Round Table.

There will be a charity golf tournament, BBQ, local craft stalls, live music and a bouncy castle.

Several local businesses including Thrive Together Financial Planning, Premier Tax Solutions, Wheatcroft & Lloyd estate agents and Nick Heath Driving Training are sponsoring part of the event.

Daz Antrobus, Alsager Round Table chairman said: "We're delighted with the sponsors and also grateful to the golf club for holding this fundraising event which will help boost our funds.

"Everything we do goes towards funding the events we run from the annual carnival to the Christmas lights switch-on and the Senior Citizens' Show.

"Come along and enjoy this event - we'll be having an amazing time and it's all free."
