A man from Alsager has been charged with three counts of assault, two counts of criminal damage and three counts of rape following an investigation by Crewe CID.

The charges relate to incidents which took place between 1 August 2024 and 23 January 2025 relating to one woman.

The forty-six year old of no fixed address appeared at Crewe Magistrates' Court on 25 January and will next appear at Chester Crown Court on 24 February.
