A group of Church Lawton councillors undertook a litter pick along the permissive path along the old salt line.

According to the councillors, most of the path was tidy, but there was one section where people had "obviously" congregated and "dumped" their rubbish. The group also cleared a lot of smashed glass.

The parish council has litter picking equipment available and any residents who would like to borrow the equipment to do a litter pick are advised to contact the council.
