Classic and historic cars travel through the area as part of famous car rally

Did anyone see the stream of classic and historic cars travelling through Rode Heath near Alsager at the weekend?

They were on day three of the Rally of the Tests, an event for classic and historic cars built before 1990.

The rally started in Kendal in the Lake District with overnight stays in Blackburn and Stone finishing on Llandudno promenade on Sunday (9 November) afternoon.

The rally featured special speed tests on private land and slower speed tests on the public highway. Special tests took place at nearby Oulton Park race circuit and sections in the Peak District.
