Twyford House Luxury Care Centre is this year's sponsor of the Alsager Christmas tree.

Officially opened in August 2020, the luxury care centre is situated on Richard Woodcock Way in the heart of Alsager.

The luxury care home offers exceptional person-centred residential, memory and respite care for adults within a vibrant and inclusive community.

Part of the Lovett Care Group that has two additional care homes in Stoke on-Trent, the care provider is heavily committed to supporting the communities that surround their collection of homes.

Laura Lockett, Home Manager at Twyford House Luxury Care Centre, said: "We're so excited to be sponsoring the Alsager Christmas Tree!

"It's wonderful to be able to bring some Christmas cheer to our local community and we hope that the tree will help to light up Christmas for the residents of Alsager."

Carl Scarlett, Director at Lovett Care, added: "Sponsoring the Alsager Christmas tree represents our commitment to supporting our local community.

"This year has been uncertain to say the least, and we hope that the tree can bring some joy!"

Located just a stone's throw away from Twyford House on the Civic Green in Alsager town centre, the Christmas tree is the focal point of the town's yearly Christmas display.

Cllr Rod Fletcher, Chairman of Alsager Town Council, thanked Lovett Care for the generous sponsorship, saying: "We are extremely grateful to Lovett Care, and specifically Twyford House, in providing financial support to the town council to celebrate the festive season.

"I believe it is even more important in this current climate that residents will hopefully enjoy the Christmas lights and tree over the Christmas period."
