Calling all litter pickers – would you like free entry to this weekend's Alsager Music Festival?

Alsager Clean Team is looking for litter pickers to help out this Saturday (July 15th) at the event in Milton Park.

Free access to the festival is provided if you help with the litter pick which involves regular litter picks throughout the day until 9.30 pm.

At the weekend, Alsager Clean Team collected 19 bags of litter on Saturday morning around Church Road, Hassall Road and the perimeter of Alsager School's field

A spokesperson said: "Thanks to Christ Church for the use of their hall for our drinks and biscuits. Much appreciated."

The next litter pick is Saturday, August 12th at The Mere Inn from 10am until 11.30am.
