Best-selling author, Adele Parks, MBE for services to literature, is coming to Alsager to celebrate her new novel, 'Eyes on You'.

Adele, one of the bestselling authors of women's fiction in the country, is coming to Alsager Civic on Wednesday, 16 September for an evening of conversation, questions and book signing to celebrate the release of her new novel.

Known for page-turning domestic suspense and acclaimed novels including The Image of You, Lies Lies Lies and First Wife's Shadow, Adele will speak about her writing, the inspiration behind her latest release and her career as one of the UK's most popular authors.

Guests will also have the chance to ask questions, buy selected backlist titles and have books signed on the night.

Tickets are available as either a single ticket for £19, including entry and a signed first-edition hardback copy of Eyes on You, or two entry tickets for £29 with one signed book included which ideal for friends attending together or for those who usually listen to books but would still love to meet Adele in person.

As part of the event, £1 from every ticket sold will be donated to MyCWA. MyCWA is a Cheshire-based charity supporting people affected by domestic abuse, offering practical and emotional support, safe accommodation, advocacy and guidance to help survivors rebuild their lives.

Amelia Hay, founder of Wayward Events, said: "It feels incredibly special to bring an author of Adele's calibre to Alsager and Cheshire East.

"Reading gives people so much more than a story — it can be connection, escapism and comfort and we're really pleased that the evening will also raise money for MyCWA and the vital support they provide locally.

"Everyone who books the event will also receive a free ticket to one of our October book clubs: our inclusive Crewe club on Friday 2 October, open to men and women, or one of our women-only groups in Sandbach on Sunday 18 October and Nantwich on Tuesday 20 October.

"It's a lovely chance to keep the conversation going, meet new people and share thoughts on Adele's book afterwards."

The event takes place from 7pm at Alsager Civic . A bar will be available, and there will also be a raffle on the night. Tickets can be booked here
