Alsager's last bank closed its doors a while back, leaving the town with just the Post Office facilities.

On-line banking has become the norm for many unless they use facilities at the Post Office but some customers prefer to deposit and withdraw money the traditional way.

Part of Alsager Civic has been converted at the bank for use as a Banking Hub and workmen have been busy this week making the necessary alterations.

A banking hub is a shared space where customers can bank across different institutions. Banking hubs allow customers to deposit and withdraw money, pay bills, and check their balances. 

Alsager's Baning Hub is due to open in a matter of days - early next month (March). Watch this space - Alsager Nub News will be releasing more details as soon as we get them!
