It's open! We did a story back in May asking what the former Alsager Bakehouse was going to become.

And it's here – Home Coffee & Studio in Lawton Road is officially open and serving delicious coffee.

Alsager Bakehouse has been turned into the Home Coffee & Studio in Lawton Road

The business officially opened its doors last Saturday and has received a warm welcome from Alsager residents.

Home Coffee & Studio is not just a café though – they have set aside a separate space as a "community room".

The owners say they hope it will be used for working, workshops, small events, clubs and gatherings.

And they also say they have partnered with Origin Coffee Roasters for their house blend to serve their legendary coffee.

Home & Coffee Studio say on Social Media: "Our aim was always to create a clean and contemporary, yet inviting and comfortable space and we think we nailed it!

"We hope our customers are as fond of it as we are!"

Watch this space as Alsager Nub News will be finding out more about the faces behind this new business in the town.
