Duties will include:

Requirements of a Care Assistant:
· Be available for shifts of 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, and every other weekend.
· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle because you will be visiting clients in their own home.
· Have a genuine passion to want to help others
· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Right at Home South & Mid Cheshire covers the following areas: Sandbach, Alsager, Kidsgrove, Congleton, Middlewich, Crewe, Nantwich, Shavington, Wrenbury, Willaston, Wistaston, Northwich and Winsford.

You ll need to be analytical, organised, and capable of juggling multiple campaigns while maintaining a keen focus on ROI and client goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Create images and videos to support the ad's performance using tools such as Canva.
Analyse campaign performance and provide detailed reports, including recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and digital advertising.
Support with campaign landing page ideation, briefing and testing to enhance conversion rates. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across campaigns for clients in various industries.
Support with monthly content creation for clients - writing and proofreading blogs and case studies.
Supporting organic social media management when needed with images, videos and social copy and scheduling.
Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising PPC campaigns across Meta, Google & LinkedIn desirable
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
High attention to detail, especially when it comes to reporting and performance analysis.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation is a plus.
