Alsager church invites residents to showing of 'Pilgrim's Progress'

An Alsager church is throwing open the doors and inviting people to a film show this weekend.

Alsager Community Church in Lawton Road is showing 'Pilgrims Progress' on Sunday (January 28th) at 10.30 am.

A spokesperson said: "The film is the latest adaption of the classic book Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan.

"The story is a fictional adventure featuring 'Christian' as he journeys through a strange land. It tells the story of faith through allegory."
