CRM Manager Opportunity!

Consumer Focused, Marketing-Leading Brand

Salary up to 35k/ Hybrid Working

Zachary Daniels are currently partnered with a consumer focused, innovative brand who are looking for a new CRM Manager to join their in-house marketing and communications team.

You will be joining a company with a rich history of success and a fantastic company culture supported by strong employee values.

As the CRM Manager you will liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure our customers receive relevant, timely and inspiring communications from the brand aimed at driving repeat purchase and long-term loyalty. You will drive the development and implementation of our email strategy across broadcast and automation campaigns to drive sales and engagement with both businesses and consumers.

CRM Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside Senior CRM Manager you will manage the email marketing calendar, GDPR results and loyalty/ rewards program
  • Take responsibility for the analysis and reporting on email campaigns
  • Provide best practice, recommendations on strategic improvements in CRM
  • Promote a continuous improvement, test and learn approach
  • Manage the full sign off process for all emails, including Trading sign off, building strong relationships with Trading and eCommerce teams
  • Design and implement weekly emails including creating compelling copy, subject lines and design templates and briefing the design studio along with building the emails in our email & customer data platform, Ometria

What will you need?

We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is a real internal project manager and who can build great relationships. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to improving every day and really looking to commit to a brand.

You will have skills across CRM/ Campaign Management, CRM database management and email marketing experience. Some knowledge of photoshop would be great but not necessary. Someone who also has a passion for content and effective communications. You will ideally come from a retail or consumer or any B2C focused background.
