On behalf of our prestigious long standing client, Acorn By Synergie are seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Nantwich. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety across their three sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve safety measures across all sites.

What We're Looking For:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a health and safety role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
  • A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing improvements.
