Package Description JOB ROLE: Support Worker HOURS: Full Time (Full time Staff are required to at least 1 sleep-in per week) - Part time also available LOCATION: Nantwich SHIFTS: 08:00 - 22:00 or 10:00 - 22:00 SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70 Depending on qualifications Weekends required on a rota basis Must have a Drivers License! Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Nantwich, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development. Why join us:
