We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive support within the Public Sector.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Managing correspondence and handling queries
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, including minute-taking
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information flow within the department

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in a similar role in the Public Sector
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to commute to Nantwich
