We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive support within the Public Sector.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Managing correspondence and handling queries
- Organising and scheduling meetings, including minute-taking
- Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information flow within the department
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in a similar role in the Public Sector
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to commute to Nantwich
