It's a busy weekend ahead with a Shakespearean production, litter-pick and live music.

Friday, July 7th    

Fancy a good book to curl up with? Have you been to Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road Methodist Chapel in Hassall Road? Here's a story about it here It's open from 10 am until 2 pm.

Alsager Community Theatre is performing Shakespeare's comedy of mistaken identity and the folly of love - Twelfth Night in the courtyard of the stunning National Trust property, Little Moreton Hall.

Meanwhile, Jon Stevens is live at The Mere Inn from 8.30pm.

At Alsager Civic, The Jerseys are appearing. Sadly the event is sold out but for lucky ticket holders, the doors open at 6.30pm and the music starts at 7.30pm.

Saturday, July 8th  

Alsager Clean Team has their monthly litter-pick starting at Christchurch Community Hall at 10 am. All equipment is provided and there are refreshments after. If you have not been before you will have to sign a training sheet and you must be 18 years or older or be accompanied by an adult.

Alsager Animals in Need has a coffee morning at Alsager Civic from 9.30 am until 11.30 am to raise funds to care for sick, injured or homeless animals.

Alsager Community Theatre's production of Shakespeare's comedy of mistaken identity and the folly of love , Twelfth Night, continues at Little Moreton Hall. After Saturday night, the production continues from 13th July – 15th July.

At Alsager Civic, Queen, One Vision - A Tribute to Queen is on. A mesmerising show that includes the very best of Queen's greatest hits, from Bohemian Rhapsody to We Are The Champions. Ticket details here

Sunday July 9th   

At The Bleeding Wolf pub. Scholar Green, there's a fun dog show starting at 12 pm. Show classes begin at 1 pm. There will be eight fun dog show classes. @greyhoundgap @bleedingwolfscholargreen

  

Alsager Bridge Club will be meeting at The Thirteen Club in Cedar Avenue from 6.30 pm until 10 pm.

If you play bridge, this is a chance to try out your skills and meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere – check this is still on this weekend.
