Spring is in the air and it's a busy weekend ahead with lots happening in Alsager.

Friday, April 11th

The Vanguard Games is taking place at Alsager Sports Hub from 10 am until 2 pm. Organised by Congleton Local Policing Unit working in partnership with Crewe Alexandra in the Community, the Premier League Kicks campaign and Safer Cheshire East Partnerships.

A meal is provided by the event organisers and parents need to fill in a form here

Fancy a book to chill over the weekend? Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road is open 10 am – 2 pm. Plenty of books to buy, many of them brand new!

Saturday, April 12th

It's Alsager Animals in Need coffee morning at Alsager Civic from 9.30 am until 11.30 am. Clothes, books, jewellery, bric-a-brac, plants, pet items, home-made cakes, raffle/tombola and more! Tea, coffee and squash available . Entrance is 50p.

Alsager Book Emporium in Hassall Road is open 10 am – 2 pm.

Further afield at Middleport Pottery, there's an Easter bunnies event from 10am until 4pm. Tickets are £3 per child. Find Easter Bunnies hiding around every corner! Collect the letters and work out the famous rabbit's name then return to reception to get a treat.

Alsager Town Football Club aka The Bullets are at home to Winsford United with a 3 pm kick-off. Don't miss it!
