Police appeal for witnesses after scooter fire in Alsager

Police are appealing for witnesses after a scooter was found on fire in an Alsager Park.
Firefighters were called to Wayside Linley Park at 12.30 am this morning (Thursday) to find a scooter on fire.
They used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for any hotspots.
The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate and anyone with any information is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, or visit www.cheshire.police.uk/tua, quoting IML 1079743.
