Organisers of Alsager Gardens Association are gearing up for their 68th Flower, Vegetable and Homecraft Show this weekend.

Last year's show had to be cancelled due to the Pandemic but this year's is set to be even bigger and better.

Cheshire East Borough Mayor, Councillor Sarah Pochin, will officially open the event at Alsager Civic Centre at 2.30 pm on Saturday.

Trophies for various categories will be presented at approximately 3.30pm by chair of Alsager Town Council Cllr Michael Unett.

The event opens to the public at 2pm and the raffle will be drawn at around 4.15 pm.
