Local food manufacturer applies to extend opening times and alcohol hours

A food manufacturer based at Radway Green Business Park has applied to extend its opening times and alcohol hours.

On 12 August, The Weston Biltong Company submitted a premises licence application on behalf of its premises at Unit 114 The Courtyard, Radway Green Business Park.

The family-run business "brings the taste of South Africa straight to your doorstep with our award-winning biltong, droewors, and speciality South African food imports".

The premises licence application reads: "NOTICE is hereby given that we, The Weston Biltong Company Ltd have applied on 12th August 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Unit 114 The Courtyard, Radway Green Business Park, Radway Green, CW2 5PR for a full variation to vary the following:

  • Extend the opening hours & alcohol hours till 17:00 PM.

"Representations shall be made in writing to Cheshire East Council Licensing Section on or before the following date: 9 September 2024."

The Weston Biltong Company is open 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday.
