A market-leading risk and security business with its headquarters in Alsager has developed a service to help smaller businesses.

The Senate Group, founded in 2000 by managing director, Janet Keeling, has launched 'Trio' - a trilogy of services to cover security.

The service includes the design and installation of CCTV, a maintenance plan to maintain it and a monitor service.

And the package is run from the company's Alsager base in Crewe Road which houses a 24/7 monitoring control room.

The Senate Group has worked in both the UK and overseas with a range of industries from the pharmaceutical industry to retail and the banking sector and many more.

Now the company wants to expand their services to help smaller businesses install high quality security systems and CCTV.

"Retailers and others have had a hard time and we're offering a package which allows them to install security equipment, maintain it and monitor it.," said Janet.

"The subscription service with Trio makes the installation of new equipment much more affordable.

"We realise that smaller businesses often don't have a large budget available to deal with security which is where our subscription service comes in."

The business is family-owned and run. Janet's husband, Paul, is the company's Chief Executive officer. He has a wealth of knowledge, having spent 32 years in the police service, including a secondment to the Home Office Crime Prevention College.

And one of their daughters, Andrea Davaraj, is director of training and compliance.

Janet added: "We only recently launched Trio and it's been well-received.

"It's perfect for businesses wanting to install new CCTV equipment to replace outdated equipment.

"Our aim is to help smaller businesses afford a good security system within their budget."

More details about Trio are available on the company's website here
