Enquiries continue after one person taken to hospital following incident in Alsager

Police have released details of an incident in Alsager in which a person was taken to hospital

They say they were called to an address in Englesea Way on Tuesday (August 8th) following reports of an assault.

A Cheshire police spokesperson said: "The victim was taken to hospital to be assessed. Officers made enquiries into the whereabouts of the suspect and arrested a male.

"Enquiries into the incident have been continuing at the address."
