Jenni Grist, owner of the business, also says Rainbow Cheesecakes, which has a shop and base in Crewe, is going back to its roots doing local craft fairs and will be also be in Alsager.

She has also announced Rainbow Cheesecakes will going back to Alsager and will be at Alsager Civic for the olive and stitch market on Saturday, June 17th .

The talented cheesecake maker, who has a shop in Crewe, started life on a table inside Sandbach Market Hall and says she will be expanding the product range in Crewe over the coming weeks, to include much more than just cheesecakes.

Explaining her move to withdraw from a permanent place in Sandbach indoor market but visit just once a month on a Sunday, Jenni said: "Sadly, it was becoming apparent that we were investing a lot of time and energy into Sandbach, as we do with Crewe, but Sandbach was starting to give little to no return for these efforts, which is soul-destroying.

"However, this move is allowing us to step into new avenues and adventures. Firstly, we will be expanding our product range at Crewe over the coming weeks, to include much more than just cheesecakes.

"Secondly, we are going back to our roots and attending local craft fairs etc, as well as having the Crewe shop open."

Rainbow Cheesecakes has a shop at 38 Bramhall Road in Crewe.
