Cheshire East Early Start are "very excited" to launch new Buggy Walks for families living in Alsager.

The first session will take place at Milton Park from 10am to 11am on Thursday, 27th May. All parents with babies under one are welcome.

The free Buggy Walks are led by a member of Cheshire East's Children's Centre team.

Residents will be able to meet new friends and have the opportunity to talk about things which are familiar to other people's baby's development.

This session is suitable for babies in a buggy or pram. Families are being asked to bring along a blanket as there will be some activities.

Families need to book a ticket for each person attending including children and include their baby's name and date of birth.

A Cheshire East Council spokesperson said: "Walking with your baby has lots of advantages, as well as light exercise it gets both you and your baby out in the fresh air."
