The Alsager Institute management team are appealing for information regarding a "wayward artist" who vandalised the building.

The management team said they would "welcome with open arms", any budding artists to use their venue.

However, using an outside wall in an enclosed yard of the Alsager Institute was not what they had in mind.

A spokesperson for the Alsager Institute management team said: "If anyone has any information regarding this wayward artist, please contact us, so we can direct them to a place where their creativity can be appreciated."

There is an opportunity for budding artists to use the boards at Milton Park to graffiti and showcase their creative skills.
