- Red Pilates: 5.45pm to 6.45pm

Tuesday - Stoke Kung Fu and Kickboxing: 6.30pm to 9pm

Wednesday - Red Pilates: 6pm to 7pm

Thursday - Tripudio: 10am to 11am

- Discover Dancing: 6pm to 8pm

Friday - Red Pilates: 9.15am to 10.15am

Sunday - Stretch & Flow class: 5pm to 6pm and 6pm to 7pm
